If a replacement is needed, we handle the sourcing process and coordinate delivery options based on your membership and available inventory.

2. How do I request an appliance exchange?

Active members may request exchange assistance. Exchange opportunities are subject to inventory availability, operational capacity, inspection requirements, and applicable fees.
3. What is the cost of delivery?

Curbside delivery is $50 within 15 miles. Carry-in is $40 per machine. Haul-away is $20 per machine. Additional mileage and staircase fees may apply.
4. Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership may be canceled at any time and remains active through the current billing period.
5. What if I am outside the normal service area?

We will still assist when possible, although delivery and pickup charges may vary based on location.
